Hiya fellow MCers!

I posted this very long message some time ago. It's meant to be a reference to a wide set of options on maximizing your health following the MC. I hope some people find this to be helpful as they end their most recent journeys!

The main thing is to not fix a particular symptom (as in allopathic medicine) but maximize your health.
