"After every meal, squeeze out the juice of a whole lime( not lemons) and mix it with 1/2 glass of water and drink that. Follow that with one full glass of water."

Why do you not suggest lemons? What is the purpose of lime? Can a lemon not do the same thing? I have an aversion to limes, even when I drank my poison of choice was Tanqueray gin and I could not drink it with limes.
