Hello all! A few days ago I happened to come accross this web site, and then I read Dr K.'s info on oil pulling. I wanted to start immediately, since my sinuses have been troubling me lately because of pollen in the air. But I had only grapeseed oil at home. so I have swished with it twice. However I am planning to buy some sanflower seed oil tomorrow, since this seems to be recommended.
I had an interesting experience. Last night ( the second night after oil pulling) I woke up at 3 a.m. My sinuses were completely plugged, I could barely breathe, this was worse than before, so that I could not fall asleep. After a while I noticed my sinuses started to drain, soon they were draining so much that I kept blowing my nose for about an hour, it felt like a little waterfall up there. Today the sinuses were almost clear! Amazing stuff!
