yeh the teeth issue is a pretty high priority once i find out ive got amalgrams, i realise how important it is to get them out.

I was never into 'medical' or 'health' stuff either, and i dont think i would be if i was not required to, to be honest, it all kind of bored me, a lot of it still does and i find it hard to read some of articles.

i do have attention and concentration problems and feel quite fidgety a lot of times and always have a lot of things on the go at once. as well as making it difficult to read long boring articles, its also why i tend to try lots of healing modalities at the same time and often give them up before i should do. i have noticed slight improvements in this recently though (i have forced myself to read stuff ive been putting off).
