cayenne is amazing isn't it...can burn like mad, but it won't hurt you...actually can only help. but it's some fire!

I'm going to try making some deep tissue oil next for the degeneration in my cervical spine. I thought about trying that for my jaw as well (bone loss) but I'm not sure it's the best choice...I also thought bfc made into poultice and pack inside my mouth around the jaw? I've not known how to get to this area really, or which herbs to use. any suggestions?
