Yes, I do have a refractometer. Generally speaking, the foods I eat are of top quality, with excellent brix readings, fuzzy lines.

Question: Please provide what kind of Brix readings ?

For to one what may be considered Good may not be so?

And either the fruit you choose to eat may be of Poor Quality and having too much NPN or your Stomach Acids are not strong enough to provide for proper Digestion?

Edit: I have to question you making the Claim that you are eating "Only" Top Quality foods, because I have been unable to find them on the open market myself, so if you have been able to find Top Quality, then you may have accomplished more than most?
