you ARE right, that is the basis. it is about lifestyle in the end and 'what you do everyday' instead of continuing to clean up the mess if one keeps making the same mistakes. im not perfect though far from it. i dont exactly walk the talk foodwise which i why i chose not to post much on curezone anymore

by the way i didnt mean to sound harsh. its just that i dont think MH has any intention on making a million dollars with his products and the fact he hammers on diet speaks for that i think.
