yes i just started taking natures biotics few weeks ago it is suppose to be ok for leaky gut but i feel fluey and got upset stomach with pains it contains acidophilus but it does say on the site good for leaky gut but my stomach is that upset im not sure if its die off or im reacting to them when i went on candida diet my upset stomach got better i asked my nutrionist is she sure these are ok for leaky gut and she says yes but im not so sure as the way im feeling it sucks lol i drink slippery elm to help do you have food allergies ?
