I was making progress on all fronts, so thought I'd try a few more foods, some yeast free kamut bread. Major flare up of hives, major! I feel like I'm back to square one, but what I am thinking is that since I've done a few liver flushes, that things react more quickly now, good and bad. Also, having killed more Candida, I'm guessing my leaky gut is worse for the moment due to the new holes left by the candida. I've also started back on l-glutamine and may be reacting to that as I know you need to build up slowly.

I sure hope that is what's happening, as it is like a roller coaster. It's very frustrating trying to move forward. Have some molybdenum arriving this week, that should help alot.

Getting tired of this, any thoughts? Has this happened to anyone else?
