Hi and thanks,

I and the people on the Iodine forum (VWT) were/are taking doses of Iodine in mg's rather than mcgs, i do still take a couple of kelp tablets most days (150 mcgs Iodine per tab)

I have actually thought of just taking 1 drop of Lugols (6mg iodine) per day whilst on the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ( i was taking upto 100mg a day when on iodine ordio-thingy-supplementation.) but trying to work out where to fit this in as this also has to be away from anti-oxidancts. maybe i could add it to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement after the water is added...
