I'm on a low 6 drops per dose and i just add water most times. I prefer the taste using ACV as activator compared to lemon j. lemon j for me (both fresh and bottled concentrate) adds a kind of manky wet dog taste that i despise, but i cannot get distilled water so have to use filtered tap so maybe this is a reason for it.
