I have a question. from research I read that you also had adrenal fatigue correct?

Whats the reason for the fatigue...is it mercury? Should I focus on eliminating mercury and that way my thyroid and my adrenal will fall into place???

is cortisone and dmso necessary? I dont have alot of money to test and experiment. I rather get info from those who suffered with the same symptoms. Please help:(
