Hi, like i said i've found my cure but the cause it now the task to overcome.


I just had a stomach problem 2day due to an intense training. It immediately affected my lips and licking wasn't the cause to the white lining where my lips meet. I was breathing through my mouth, i think i have toxicity problems in my stomach, so when i breath it kills off the cells nuclei causing keratinization aka dead skin.

This also happens when i wake up.


I think it is a low acidity problem. Look at the conditions associated with low acidity.

I'm thankful i have apple cider vinegar, i just took it after more than the first time and it has relieved my stomach.

I need to resolve the cause permanently though. Keep your head up.
