If you have confirmed adrenal fatigue, have you tried addressing the adrenals first?

I have seen miracles with people raising adrenal function with small, physiological doses of cortisone. This strategy appears to keep the thyroid from "gunning" and blowing out the adrenals, making the hypoadrenalism worse.

Once the adrenals get rebuilt and rested, they appear to help the thyroid repair and take in more iodine.

This is a new frontier. Everybody is learning by trial an error.
