for your encouraging words. I'm looking forward to being headache-free and you're right, if I have to suffer through 2-3 days of pain to be free of them, well then, I just need to suck it up and get through it. I'm bringing an ice pack and heating pad to help. Apparently the retreat also has a massage therapist and chiropractor on staff as well so that is an added bonus (albeit additional cost).

I went to the chiropractor yesterday and will probably go once more before flying out there. Hopefuly that will help as well.
