hi i stopped smoking 7 months ago i was determed to stop i read alan carrs book at least 4 times and it helped me my candida came up after a bad break up with my bfriend so i think trama snd stress throughout my life contributed to my candida im going to start emotional therapy to help me deal with this anger and help me relax more
