From what I've seen, distilled is only offered in the cheap plastic...polycarbonate usually holds spring or purified H20. There are probably exceptions but I just haven't seen it around here. Also, there is a Water Cure forum with alot of "water" experts pertaining to distilled H20, distillers, etc. If I ever do distilled again, I'll be sure to add 1/4 tsp. unrefined Sea Salt per quart since distilled is void of minerals.
