Silly?  If you live outside of S E Asia and have passed a Faciolopsis buskii - you will have made medical history if you passed one of those guys.  This is what Hulda says is in every cancer in the world!  Next time you use the chopsticks, grab it and take it to a lab and prove her right.  Her cult will make you a hero.  Here's a picture - they are two to three inches long and according to her, in every cancer.
