Hi, I'm suffering from a bladder and sinus infection simultaneously and would like to try this while my daughter is still napping. I bought Sunflower oil but need to know (1. how much do I use (2. is it okay that the oil is in plastic bottle? If the oil pulls, then could it pull toxins out of the bottle?
