Ananda, I did 5X6 a day 30 drops over all for several weeks it was very effective. It also was a difficult schedule to keep up with and do anything else. I dropped down two 2X10 then went to 3x10 now am at 3x11 I am trying to do the 3X15 but it will take a while. You know the big D I have to adjust up and down when making the increase. Jim says I can consider myself clear if I can do the 3x15 without big D for a week as all the pathogens and toxins will be clear. He says then to go on 1x6 a day. That will be nice. Then I will relax. I have added 20 drops of DMSO once in a while. It may be too soon for that as it seems to bring on more die off. Most of my organs lungs, kidney, bladder, bowels, skin are working better after using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 4 months. I am really forcing the water and think it is a good idea. I am also drinking a little of the green drinks. My taste for food and drinks are changing. I don't want sweets and I used to enjoy a half cup of coffee in the morning now I can't stand the taste. I am drinking a little peppermint tea and that tastes good. I am now sure my pathogens have been dictating to me, now they are going away and my own body is in charge. MW
