hi golthing: thanks for these links and suggestions. I haven't yet delved into learning about Iodine therapy so looking forward to doing that.

I have tried three endocrinologists over the last ten years, and each have told me some rather bizarre things, and conflicting things...enough so I am willing to take this matter into my own hands so to speak.

So far my plan is to fast each month for approx ten days, easing into and out of each fasting period with juices and raw foods...if you or anyone else thinks this is too agressive, please comment. I am open to any and all feedback!
