This is NOT a good situation, to not be drinking. I think you need to taper off this fast now, and get your normal thirst and appetite back. Your body has lost its innate signals to tell you what it's starving for.

Are you working with a skilled health practitioner on this, of any sort? Major fasts like this should never be undertaken without skilled guidance.
