It is best utilised by your system on an empty stomach. You can eat after 1 hour of ingesting Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and 2 hours before you take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .Humble says you can take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with food also but it may not be so effective.It's a trial and error.

I don't follow such a bad diet.I'm omnivorus, but avoid processed food.I don't drink, but smoke.Although my diet isn't the most alkiline there is, I see great benefits using the MMS.I highly suggest you go for it even if you're not a healthy eating guru.

Also I do drink water after MMS.No matter the quantity.
