Citingsources I think that's the reason it takes so long to get asleep most of the times.I paint just before going to bed every night.I'm gonna paint another time of the day.And every time I was tired in the past and took some Iodine internally my tiredness went away.So I assume I'm Iodine reactive, as far as the alertness is concerned.


Mistral when I used to take 24 drops daily in the summer my intestinal bleeding deteriorated.I suppose the Iodine irritated the mucosa more whether by simply being an irritant or by detoxing mercury from my intestines.I don't know for sure.I may use the tablet form and see what happens now that I don't bleed anymore.
