User lparks just posted something to help you with chronic depression. I saw him on Youtube do the exercise. I won't know if it works until later.
I have chronic Depression and currently on Effexor. But I have reduced my dosage and felt fantastic when I used Beck's Bio Tuner 7. It is a cranial electro stimulation device that helps out with the body's neurotransmitter. After using it for about five days, I felt a very remarkable improvement.
