Hi! My name is Connie and I have had ulcerative colitis for over 12 years. I am trying new alternatives to UC instead of medicine. I have been on and off predinsone for several years and tons of other medications. I totally regret every being on predinsone. I know it helps get you back in remission, but the long term side effects have been horrible to me. I am 26 years old and I feel like I have a body of a 70 year old.
