hello i have been living the 'b' diet for over 12 years it works for sure, how ever with reference to the soy nuts i feel they are not good for us because they are all avoids except for the bean which is a neutral so for me i really never eat any of that, also that doesnt mean if you ate some on occasion you would die .....just better to stay away from .... i have done alot of research also on matching and how we are drawn to one another and it is fasinating how when i meet a woman who is the same blood type as me i am usually always drawn to them immediately ....it really does work .ergo its all about the chemistry....good luck to all!!!!and may God Bless all of you!!
