I just ordered ZZ + XMFL + face wash a few minutes ago. I couldn't decide whether I should start with ZZ + face wash soap, or should I also add the XMFL cream???

Background:
I am a 41 year old Caucasian female.
I have Acne mainly in my neck (luckily very rarely on my face), and my facial skin has changed from smooth to somewhat rough, a bit dry and easily irritated with tendency to redness. All these symptoms started gradually about 4 years ago.

About 2 and a half years ago I was tested and found positive for Demeodex Follicularum. I tried topical and oral treatments which did not help much. These include Metronidazole 0.75%, Benzoyle Peroxide ointments, Antibiotics like minocyclin, and more. Minocyclin caused an allergic reaction, Metronidazole seemed to make my face more dry and red, and other treatments didn't seem to prevent more acne.

I am really depressed by the neck Acne mainly, but also by the change of my facial skin, as I always had beautiful smooth skin prior to these symptoms.

I hope that the treatment I just ordered will arrive soon and change this problem for good. I am pretty scared of the bad breakouts that may appear - as everyone seem to warn me about. Since my Acne is not too bad and only on my neck, I also hope the new breakouts won't be that bad.....just a little hope to count on.....

SO should I strat only with ZZ or both with XMFL?
