My mom is at 6+3+3+3+3+9 total 27 drops. You are correct that drops after some food might help her in the diarrhea. Hitting hard with more drops gives her nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Also, loss of apetitie due to the taste and mental thinking of having cancer.
