a list of benifits is needed by all of us, I mised some things taking the survey as I had not remembered tham at the time.

Another thing I wish I had done is to take pictures of my skin and hands and lesions on my body. as they have dissapered or improved greatly, now I can't show before and after pictures that so may people want to see, and it gives us proof that it is working.

Can you describe what you are seeing in the stools. I know it might sound gross but it will help others also.
