Going to start in about 2/3 weeks. May do juice for week first, or just fruit and veg. I think i will drop the meds too, it is only for ten days and it will be interested to see what the temperature does, i read Chris's post.

I have heard so many stories of synethic T4 only meds not working, that is why i ordered my own Armour from abroad. I don't go to doctor either. I arrange my own tests etc. I did get my temps up to normal on 3 1/2G, but for some reason i gradually went back down to two grains of Armour, 120mg, kept forgetting to take afternoon dose, and then realized the few pounds i had put on weren't shifting again and temps were down again, so recently worked back up to 3G. The Armour contains calcitonin, which has got my high tissue calcium going back down in the right direction, i know this by regular hair mineral tests. Wouldn't it be great to not have the problem at all.

I am going to completely change my diet this year too, and hopefully do several fasts, duration? As long as i can, but initially i think ten days.

I was worried before doing the fast being hypo, but with so many others doing it, i can't wait to start.
