being inspired to make my own cayenne powder, I dried the peppers for days, and tonight so carefully crumbled them and removed the seeds (which I guess I didn't need to do). what was I thinking doing this without gloves? my hands are now on fire and I can't get the stuff off.

and how on earth does anyone do the cold sheet treatment with cayenne in the bath?! I can only imagine what this would be like on my whole body. wow.

how long does this last...I've washed my hands in cold water 10x and it doesn't help. next time I wear gloves.
