and has done it time and time again over different financial terrain, you can wait all you want for the very bottom of any market, whether it be stock, gold, real estate, whatever. Pigs go to slaughter, you've heard me mention that one. Never wait for the ultimate low on anything, because you and I aren't that lucky. If we were that talented in predicted absolute lows then we'd all be at Harrah's now betting on "13 Red".

I can get 30% off an appraisal right now...you really think you can get 55% off an appraisal on a home worth having by waiting this out? Really? You can buy a home in a year valued at $700K now for $315K in a year's time??????? I want to see that one! Lay off the CNN and Moneyline Kool-Aid and think about it. I make more than most of the guys and "Money Honies" flapp'in their gums on FNN. They're good at talk'in, I'm good at do'in. Notice how many "experts" are wrong on everything they warn. It's pretty amazing that they still are invited back. People in general don't remember their inaccurate predictions...I do. I'm in mortgages and sub-prime, I knew this was coming. It needed to happen. 55% off appraisal defies common sense and even the most desperate won't do that. They'll walk away and mortgage holders can always, and I mean ALWAYS get 65% of value out of any home on the market unless it's a total wreck. And most homes aren't 100% wrecks. You can do whatever you want. I'll be happy and snug in my new $650K appraised home for $540K purchase price any day, any time in history. Email those pics in a couple months, you know the one, that $700K beauty that sold for $315K. It's sorta like UFO's...guys here and there talk about it but nobody ever seems to have a camera when they show up. I'd like to see one!
