Yes, this article\news by Krassimir Petrov is 2 years old... but well worth posting for reasons that should be self-explanatory.

I agree with your assessment... though your price estimates may vary :-)

In other news, China is facing an energy shortage this winter... I suspect competition from China and other nations, for available energy sources will also drive prices up, as will a number of other issues.
