That article is two year old news.  The brouse trade has already begun.  Several European countries have ties to Iran to either develop their oil fields or build pipelines into Europe.  Iran is already selling some oil in Euro dollars, and not U. S. dollars.  This means that the sinking dollar will sink even lower and everything that we import will become more expensive in dollars.  (Not initially from China, but eventually.)  You will see $4 gasoline by the end of the year and $5 gasoline within two years.
