I do not suffer from Psoriasis myself, but my husband has for the last 34 years. He had a lot of the silvery plaque on both his elbows, on one of his knee and his scalp was really bad with the plaque and he was always brushing his shoulders because of flaking.

I had read a few years back that there is a connection between eczema and psoriasis, and that people who have eczema is because of food allergies . One thing in particular is milk. I suggested to my husband maybe he should try and stop drinking milk and avoid eating ice cream for a while and see what happens. He's a big milk drinker and loves his ice cream, so he wasn't very interested in trying.

It's been almost a year when he got heavily involved with a project he was doing and had forgot to drink milk for about a period of two weeks. He was in the garage and was looking at his knee and noticed the silver patch of skin had almost cleared up. He looked at his elbows, and they were looking a lot healthier, and hardly any of the silvery patch was there. He felt his scalp and his scalp was totally clear of all psoriasis. He showed me and I couldn't believe the difference. He kept asking what it was he could have done that caused this to happen. I asked if he had been drinking milk...he figured he hadn't had any dairy for about two weeks. We wondered if it could have been that simple. He continued not drinking milk and as time went on, we noticed all the Psoriasis was gone from all three places.

One night, we went out for tacos, and he ordered tacos with sour cream. About two days after eating the tacos with sour cream, little pieces of Psoriasis did come back. He laid off all dairy, and again, the psoriasis disappeared.

He is still clear of any psoriasis, until he eats something of dairy. Sour cream and strong cheese seems to be the worse culperts. He has had a glass of milk here and there, but nothing occurred after drinking the milk.

I don't know if this would be of any help to other people, I just wanted to share this information because it helped my husband, and it was something right there in front of us all this time.
