Around when I first started oilpulling I had pain for a few days. It was real strong, but we were on vacation so I opted to wait till I got home till I went to a Dentist. The pain went away and I could finally chew on the one side of my mouth where I had an abseessed tooth without it hurting anymore. I was so glad I went thru the pain. Then I remembered the Doctor where we got oilpulling info from in the first place said that if things get worse that is a sign of healing. So that was his advice and i'm glad I unintentionally took it. I did ease up and quit for a day but you know your own body and if the cleansing reaction is too bad you may want to go every other day for a few days. I also had the pain at night. This is imho.
