There used to be a great site that did all that but its been removed. First determine your secretor status because B-types have a big difference in diet profiles. Look at "Live Right 4 Your Type", by D'Adamo.

Check back in awhile, I am trying to find that website.

Basically pickup a Japanese & Jewish & Russian cookbook. And diversify your culinary repertoir. The modern American diet is the worst for us. Virtually everything in the American grocerystore is waste of our time.
