Take pictures of it now before any treatment, you can post it in the Curezone pictures area. that way you can show us the Before and after treatment photos as proof. It kind of sounds like a planters wart with a secondary infection on top of it.

I would do as dsfireguy  suggest and apply it topically just like it was a burn, as well as take it internally.
