thank you sanctuary and ananda. Thanks so much for caring. Ananda, i'm going to take your advice, not only sticking it out but changing my activator to lime juice.

I have a juicer, so carrot juice is what i normally use after my mms/vinegar. Still the carrot juice doesnt help a whole lot. Helps a little though. After reading your post i think it maybe the vinegar and not the mms that is making it so difficult to take.

Ananda, how much lime do you use (squeezed lime)? I couldn't find Knudson juice at my grocery store just milk. Will try the health food store.
