Hi. Do you just insert the clove of garlic without cutting it first? Seems like it wouldn't do anything if you don't at least scrape the garlic before inserting it, but if you did scrape or cut the garlic before inserting it seems like the garlic would burn. You say it's very effective and I DEFINITELY want to try it. How do you do it? Thanks!
