I really wouldn't do it without the Epsom Salts . I think the first two doses of Epsom Salts are really necessary for a good and safe flush. I hate the Epsom Salts , but the fact they dilate the ducts makes them a necessary thing for me. I don't think I would have been able to pass that big stone at all without it getting stuck if I hadn't taken it.
