Maca root normalizes hormones. It's the balancing that straightens out the elivated testosterone or estrogen. It's NOT a testosterone supplament and won't elivate testosterone levels if you don't need it. It balances the entire hormone picture.

If testosterone is too high it will bring it down. If estrogen is too high it will bring it down.

At this time in history most folks suffer from high estrogen levels as I explained in the other post. All Maca does is simply balance at all out. Makes it "normal". Whether its elivated estrogen or testosterone really doesn't matter. Great product give it a try.
