Hi Alex,

Sounds like your life may be running parallel with mine. Broken heart, self-improvement, even the self-hypnosis.

I am just finishing up my second Master Cleanse (20 days). That has done as much for my state of mind as anything. But... that's not what I wanted to tell you. Someone posted something on the Master-Cleanse forum that might help. It's just a positive affirmation, but see what you think.

I release ____________ and I let him/her go. I surrender him/her to God, wishing him all the blessings of life. There is peace, love, trust, harmony and understanding between us. Anytime I think of ____________ I will affirm; God Be With You, and so it is.

She said it was powerful, and so I'm giving it a shot. Good luck on your path.
