in a hot shower, even the water is steam. 10 minutes in there is like drinking 8 glasses of water. a cold quick shower will mitigate that a lot.

distill your drinking and cooking water and throw out your teflon pans.

oh yea, btw, there is ten times more fluoride in your food than in fluoridated water. better go with organic. and even then the canned goods can be cooked in fluoridated water and still be labeled organic.
