ok ... I switched back to sesame and the TMJ left me. I mean I have to do some full on JIm Carry facial moves to even get the most faint of clicks!!! I am a believer now for sure. However, the rashes that were almost 99% gone flared with a vengance. I will say what I know caused this... I ate dairy after completely abstaining for 2 weeks..kaboom...flairup

so bottom line sesame oil seems better for TMJ

no dairy
