One thing that I do to get rid of bad breath that I think works is after brushing my teath, gums, roof, tongue and cheeks with a toothbrush and toothpaste, I put a small dab of toothpaste on my finger and put my finger all the way in back of my mouth toward the left and right of my tonsils. There seems to be pockets, all the way in back of my mouth and try to massage the area with toothpaste using the tip of my finger. The first few times is very, very uncomfortable. You get used to it a little bit. I guess you have to be careful and not scrape, just massage the area in the back of your mouth, towards the sides. I think this helps, but I don't know for sure. I do this if I have a meeting or where I know I will have to face people. This might be dangerous so please be very careful!!
