Hi Michelle, I am also relatively new to this diet. I also used to eat lots of chicken and have found out that it is not good for me, a B+.

I hope to lose weight too, but since I have only been on the diet 2 weeks, I need more time to see how it will affect my weight loss. Good Luck on your trek.
