If you have Metal Free use it, its good stuff but unfortunatly still taxes your kidneys. Selenium uses your intestines to get rid of Mercury and IMO that is better the only caveat is you must use plenty ~1000mcg per day since Mercury will neutralize selenium by binding to it.
