guess maybe it was just a placebo effect or some kind of coincidence

all i know is that i was taking iodine, selenium, vitamin c, and doing salt pushes, but I couldn't get past the ten drops because of the bad taste in my mouth accompanied by extreme anxiety and fear

but when i added the herbs, it seemed to help get the gunk out of my body so i could keep pushing the fog onward and upward

so i've been taking a couple every time i taste that nasty metallic flavor
